Return policy

EXCHANGE
All items carry a 7 day exchange for in store credit only. Items will only be accepted for an exchange if they are brought in with a valid receipt and are in the same condition.
If there is no receipt for the item you have purchased it will not be exchanged.
Clearance items are not eligible for exchanges and are considered final sale. Bras and underwear are sold as is, final sale.

STORE CREDIT
Store credit is valid for 30 days. In order to receive store credit you must have a valid receipt with the item(s) you’ve purchased within the last 7 days.

REFUNDS
We do not provide refunds for items that are purchased, you may only exchange your item for something of equal or lesser value or receive store credit for an item.

TO OUR CUSTOMERS
Our inventory consists of new, overstock, closeouts, open box, salvage, and customer returned items from national retailers.
We are not responsible for any unattended belongings.
Please refrain from bringing large bags or backpacks as they are not allowed into the store unless there are special circumstances, ie: diaper bags.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
